Hi, I'm Kelly Carvalho, a mum to a two year old and a dedicated teacher with a postgraduate degree in PGCE (secondary education) English with Drama. 

 

One of my most enriching experience was working in schools in Thailand. I gained valuable insights into how culture shapes learning and impacts young children's lives.

 

Driven by my passion for educating children and desire to apply my transferable skills, I'm excited to announce the opening of Simba’s Nursery School.

I'm eager to channel my enthusiasm so that young children can thrive and grow. I can't wait to embark on this exciting journey!

I'm Alexander Pericleous, I have a PGCE in Primary and Early Years education, with over a decade working in primary schools. I specialise in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and leadership across SEND provision.

 

I'm thrilled to embark on the journey of opening Simba’s Nursery School, where I'll have the opportunity to create a nurturing, belonging and inclusive environment for all children.

 

Outside of teaching, I enjoy staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I cherish spending quality time with family, whether we’re enjoying going for walks in our local park or staying in for family movie nights.
